Catchy name needed for documentary
Still trying to figure out a catchy name for my documentary. Personally, I like “Boneheads on the Hill”. Not saying they are all boneheads, but there is no shortage of them there.

Circa mid July. Well, I hired a bunch of people through a temp agency and through “help wanted” ads so that I can get the signatures I need to put this initiative on the ballot. I just looked at a petition gatherer’s signatures that she had so far gotten. All of the signatures are in [...]
Circa mid June, 2010. Well, I am running around every day dropping off petitions and going over instructions on how to get the petitions correctly signed. A couple of days ago, I drove 470 miles and made 11 stops. Very long days. Driven somewhere in the range of 30,000 miles now in North Dakota in less than [...]
circa April, 2010. The fireworks industry in North Dakota has jumped on board to help get signatures while selling fireworks. The fireworks folks were not too happy when the North Dakota legislators decided to ban bottle rockets without doing a real due dilegence into the claims of those wanting it banned. Approximate actual date: March 2010. I have finally gotten all of the signatures needed to begin the petition process for getting this measure on the ballot in North Dakota! Things are looking up. Just to get these 25 “sponsor” sigantures, I drove somewhere in the range of 3,000 miles. How would it look if I got [...]
February 19th Well, here I am with another fast-food dinner on the horizon…oh, joy. Then I say to myself, “self, what would Lil’ Abe do?” So, I call a North Dakotan, Kay (referred to me by long time friend, Nancy), and as soon as she picks up the phone, I say “I am soooo lonely.” [...]
February 19th I am now at 15 signatures with 10 more to go. Then I can submit it to the Secretary of State. Upon approval, I will then be able to circulate the petition to get it on the ballot. I am traveling the 4 corners of North Dakota to get these 25 signatures – [...]
